Wonder Woman Redesign

Oh Wondy. I want to like you more than I do. But every time I start, the DC writers/artists portray you in a way that turns me off again.

And redesigns of her outfit never stick. Certain fans believe her original(-ish) outfit is sacred or something and throw hissy fits every time they want to change it. I was shocked at the uproar that putting pants on her caused. God forbid we lose the sight of those thighs!

Enough being angry.

So I obviously went more Greek warrior/wrestler/gladiator inspired. Which has been done before. They have given her Greek-like armor before in comics. Which I have preferred. I've always wondered why that outfit she wears is the sacred outfit from the temple when it looks nothing like the rest of the fashion the amazons wear. I think sometimes it's only been the lasso or the lasso and the wrist bands that have been sacred, but that I would still make me think that she would wear something more Greek. At least at first. Until she comes to understand the modern world outside Themyscira.
